WHEN DO I NEED HOA APPROVAL FOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS? - Any exterior improvements or additions to the property require approval of the HOA. Submit a request from the Architectural Committee page at least 30 days before you start construction. The board MUST reply within 30 days or the request is considered approved.
HOW MUCH ARE THE ANNUAL HOA DUES AND WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY? - The HOA fee increases 3% annually. The dues are assessed annually and are due 30 days from the date on the assessment letter sent out in January. 6% late fee will be assessed on dues received 30 days after due date. $30 return check fee.

What Do I Do If A Car is Parked in My Reserved Space?-
First, your space must be CLEARLY MARKED. You may call Redmond's Towing Service at 410-437-1111. PLEASE NOTE, the KWVA Board or any other affiliate to KWVA is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS TOWING. You will be required to show proof of ownership for the space. (i.e. Valid Driver's License or Rental Lease Agreement). Redmond's will have a form that you MUST sign saying that you are responsible for the towing.
How Do I Mark My Reserved Space?
Paint and stencils are available for use if you would like to clearly mark your reserved space. (paint brushes are not provided). Contact the board (via email) if you would like to sign out these items. They must be returned within 24 hours for other homeowners' use.
HOW MANY CARS CAN I PARK IN THE COURTS? - Each unit has one reserved parking space. Residents or their guests are also allowed to park one additional vehicle in their court in any non-reserved spot on a space-available basis. Units with more than two vehicles must park any additional vehicles on Kimwood Road where permitted (see "WHERE CAN I PARK ON KIMWOOD ROAD?" below). Guests may not leave their vehicles parked in the courts overnight.
WHY CAN'T I HAVE TWO RESERVED PARKING SPACES? - There are not enough parking spaces in every court to allow each unit two reserved spaces.
WHERE CAN I PARK ON KIMWOOD ROAD? - Park where permitted. No parking signs are clearly posted. By law, vehicles must not park within 15 feet of an intersection or in front of a mailbox.
